These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the y6bad platform ("Platform" or "Site") and its user ("Member" or "you"). By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

1. General Provisions
These Terms apply to all services provided through the y6bad platform — including sports betting, online casino, slots, live dealer games, fishing games, and any other gaming services. By accessing the platform and carrying out any activity, you are bound by these Terms.
These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered final. In the event of any interpretive dispute, y6bad's decision shall be regarded as final.

2. Eligibility Requirements
The y6bad platform is for individuals aged 21 or over only. No one under the age of 21 may create an account, place bets, or play games on this platform. We reserve the right to verify age, and any account found to have provided false information will be closed immediately.
Important: Protecting minors from gaming is one of our primary responsibilities. Providing false information about age may be a criminal offence.
y6bad primarily provides services to members in Bangladesh. The platform's services may not be available to residents of certain countries or regions. We reserve the right to withhold service from anyone attempting to access from a restricted area.
Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and funds held may be forfeited.
3. Account Registration and Management
When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information — including your real name, active mobile number, and date of birth. Providing incorrect or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed.
It is your responsibility to keep your account password secure. You should not share your password with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
To ensure security, y6bad may request identity documents, a national ID card, or other documents at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed until the KYC process is completed.
4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
y6bad currently accepts deposits through the following methods:

- Bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank)
The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All withdrawal requests are verified and generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit, and to an account registered in the same person's name.
Third-Party Transactions: Transferring funds from or to another person's account is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account will be suspended and the funds may not be returned.
5. Bonus and Promotion Terms
y6bad offers new members a 100% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳17,000.
A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn — calculated on the bonus amount only. Example: to withdraw a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets.
If an attempt is made to strategically abuse the bonus system, y6bad reserves the right to cancel the bonus and review the account. Each bonus offer is provided with its own terms and conditions, which apply separately.
y6bad's VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.7% at Gold, up to 1.0% at Platinum, and up to 1.2% at Diamond. It is possible to advance to higher tiers through regular active gameplay.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a game or event is cancelled for any reason, y6bad reserves the right to refund the bet amount or void the bet in accordance with the applicable rules.
If abnormal results occur due to a software or server technical error, y6bad reserves the right to cancel that round or bet. Winnings obtained by taking advantage of a technical error may be voided.
Any form of collusion, software bots, scripts, or other unauthorized methods is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.
y6bad strictly follows anti-money laundering (AML) policies. If suspicious financial activity is detected, the relevant account will be placed under review and the appropriate authorities will be notified if necessary.
7. Responsible Gaming Policy
y6bad believes that recreational gaming is only enjoyable when done responsibly. We encourage members to set their own limits and to stay away from problem gaming. If evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity is found, y6bad reserves the right to close the account without prior notice.
If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, the bonus balance and any winnings obtained from bonuses may be forfeited. Whether the original deposit is refundable will depend on the circumstances.
10. Limitation of Liability
The service may be temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance, internet connectivity issues, or other technical reasons. y6bad is not liable for any financial loss in such circumstances, but will work to restore the service as quickly as possible.
Game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, etc.) are third parties. y6bad is not directly liable for any errors in their software, but will assist in resolving any issues.
